Restrict access to any folder containing workflows with Folder Permissions<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Folders allow you to organize content and workflows allow you to automate tasks. You spend hours putting together battle-tested workflows, the last thing you want is unauthorized changes.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

With folder permissions users without access, won’t be able to see, create and edit any workflows within that folder. So, if the folder permissions are set to\u00a0agency admin<\/u>, then only users with the\u00a0agency admin<\/u>\u00a0role can see, create and edit workflows.<\/p>\n

How-to Add Folder Permissions Within a Workflow Folder<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Hover over or create a\u00a0Workflow folder<\/strong>\u00a0><\/strong>\u00a0Click on the “Actions<\/strong>” drop-down button\u00a0\u00a0><\/strong>\u00a0Manage Permissions<\/strong>\u00a0><\/strong>\u00a0Select\u00a0User Type & Role<\/strong>\u00a0who will have access to this folder and workflows.<\/p>\n

Please Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n

All users regardless of thier folder permissions<\/strong> will still be allowed to view the list of workflows the contact belongs to inside the Contact Details Page. Users will also have the ability to <\/u>add \/ remove<\/u><\/strong> contacts to\/ from<\/u><\/strong> any Workflow.\u00a0<\/span><\/pre>\n
