What is Deleting and Restoring Opportunities\/Pipelines?<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Opportunities are individual deals or clients within a pipeline, and pipelines are the frameworks that structure your sales process.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Deleting an opportunity removes it from the active pipeline. Once an opportunity is deleted, it is no longer visible in the active opportunities list, but its data is retained in the system and can be restored if needed for\u00a0upto 60 days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

This allows users to declutter their pipeline by removing outdated or irrelevant opportunities while preserving the option to recover them later if necessary.<\/p>\n

    Option 1: Delete a single opportunity<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Open the Opportunities Section<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    From the left sidebar, click on\u00a0Opportunities<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0to access your list of deals. Make sure the\u00a0Opportunities<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0tab is selected at the top to view all current opportunities in your pipeline.<\/p>\n

    Locate the opportunity you wish to delete from the list of active opportunities. Click on the opportunity to open its details page.<\/p>\n

        Navigate to Settings<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        To begin the restoration process, go to the bottom-left of your sidebar and click on\u00a0Settings<\/strong><\/span>. This is where you\u2019ll access the Audit Logs to recover deleted opportunities.<\/p>\n

        Open Audit Logs<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        Inside the Settings menu, scroll down and click on\u00a0Audit Logs<\/strong><\/span>. This area shows a complete history of all user actions, including deletions, updates, and creations.<\/p>\n

        Apply Opportunity Filters<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        Set the\u00a0Action<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0filter to \u201cDeleted\u201d and the\u00a0Module<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0filter to \u201cOpportunity\u201d to narrow down the log view. This will show all opportunities deleted in the last 60 days, along with who deleted them and when.<\/p>\n
