Do I need a WordPress website?
Only for website changes by chat and SEO, which work on your WordPress website. The CRM — including funnels and simple websites built in 1 System — and Shield work without WordPress.
Is the AI included?
Yes. AI is built in — you don’t need an API key or an account with an AI company. Every service comes with AI credits each month; the 7-day trial includes a smaller amount. Need more? Top up credits any time in Settings → Billing.
Can the AI change my site without asking?
No. Every change shows a preview first and goes live only when you approve it. You can undo any single change later.
What does 1 System do with my Google account?
Only what you connect it for. With Google Calendar connected, it checks when you’re busy so customers can’t book those times, and adds, moves or removes the bookings made in 1 System — it never changes your other events. With Google Search Console connected, it reads your search numbers for SEO and tells Google when your pages change. Your Google data is never used for ads or sold. See our Privacy Policy.
Can I move from GoHighLevel?
Yes. Import contacts and opportunities from GoHighLevel’s CSV exports. You see a preview first, existing contacts are updated instead of duplicated, and do-not-disturb settings carry over.
What happens when a trial ends?
Pick the services you want to keep in Settings → Billing. A service you don’t pick stops when its trial ends. Your data is never deleted automatically.
How does the bundle discount work?
Take two services and you get 10% off their monthly price. Take three or more and you get 20% off.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Add staff in Settings. Admins manage settings and billing; members work in the CRM.
I run more than one business. Do I need another login?
No. Add each business from the business name at the top left and switch between them. Each business has its own website, contacts and services. Extra businesses start without a free trial.
