Can I move from GoHighLevel?
Yes. Import your contacts and opportunities from GoHighLevel’s CSV exports; existing contacts are updated, never duplicated, and do-not-disturb settings are kept.
Do I need my own texting or email service?
No — sending texts and emails is built in. You can still connect your own Twilio, Mailgun, Postmark, Gmail or Microsoft account if you prefer.
Where does the money from payments go?
Straight to your own Stripe account. Checkouts are hosted by Stripe, so card details never touch OneSystem.
Do I need a WordPress website?
No. The CRM works on its own — and if you have WordPress, the plugin can bring in leads from the forms already on your site.
