Welcome to OneSystemCRM (“OneSystemCRM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, platform, applications, or services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

  • You may not:

    • Reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code

    • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes

    • Interfere with the security, operation, or functionality of the Platform


6. User Content

  • Users may upload, submit, or store data (“User Content”) on the Platform.

  • You retain ownership of your User Content, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to operate, display, and process it to provide the services.

  • You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and integrity of your User Content.

  • Prohibited User Content includes material that is: unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or violates intellectual property rights.


7. AI and Automation Features

  • Certain Platform features may leverage artificial intelligence or automated workflows.

  • AI processing is limited to providing the requested service; we do not train public AI models on your data.

  • You are responsible for reviewing and validating any recommendations or results generated by AI tools.


8. Third-Party Integrations

  • The Platform may integrate with third-party services, such as email providers, payment processors, or social media platforms.

  • Use of these integrations may be subject to separate third-party terms and privacy policies.

  • We are not responsible for third-party actions, data handling, or service interruptions.

9. Data Privacy and Security

  • You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and any sensitive data stored on the Platform.

  • Upload viruses, malware, or malicious scripts


12. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause.

  • Upon termination, your license to use the Platform ends immediately.

  • Termination does not affect obligations that accrued before termination, including payment obligations.


13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including:

  • Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content

  • Non-infringement of third-party rights

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Availability or uninterrupted operation


14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneSystemCRM shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

  • Unauthorized access to your data

  • Errors or omissions in the Platform or AI-generated results

 
15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OneSystemCRM and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform

  • Your User Content

  • Your violation of these Terms or applicable law


16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws

  • Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in USA


17. Modifications to Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time.

  • Changes will be effective when posted on the Platform.

  • Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
